The torch of carrying Dragon Dreaming forward for the next 10 years has been passed from _John Croft_ to us all (literally we all). It has not been passed to an individual or selected group of people but to ALL Dragon Dreaming practitioners worldwide. It is a big responsibility, but John has also expressed confidence in us that this flame will be well taken care of.
