Dragon Dreaming Introduction

Dragon Dreaming serves individuals, organisations and communities, in developing sustainable projects, using the power o dreaming and vision. It helps, to plan these projects organically and implement them in such a way, that all participants are able to identifiy themselves completely with the project. Dragon Dreaming projects are serving the furtherance of a world worth living in, community building, and personal growth (especially one's own). During the four project stages Dreaming, Planning, Doing and Celebration playful approach is used in order to access our full collective knowledge. Being inspired by the wisdom of Australias aboriginal people and by modern Systems Theory, the process gives high value to everyones personal motivation, so synergies can unleash to their full effect. 

Dragon Dreaming Intensive

In this intensive workshop, the Dragon Dreaming process will be exercise on real projects. Your are invited to bring your own project-idea, as long as it is in line with the Dragon Dreaming principles: enhancing the wellbeing and flourishing of the world, community building and personal growth - commitment to your own healing and empowerment. All stages of the Dragon Dreaming Process will be created and prepared by the workshops participants. Plenty of background informations and group exercises are enriching the seminar. In addition we develop a follow-up-system for supporting each other druing the implementation of each one's own projects. 

Dragon Dreaming Train the Trainer

This Seminar aims at the education of Dragon Dreaming Trainers and an mutual support network. People who already gained experience with the method, i.e. through their own projects project or project facilitation, will be led to a deeper understanding of Dragon Dreaming, empowered fundraising and the underlying philosophy. With a practical exercises and hints for the implementation and the financing of projects and workshops, this workshop will empower the participants to train and teach the method autonomously. It will also set the frame for a promptly execution of each project and the necessary group-support.

Dragon Dreaming Empty Centered Organisation

We as humanity are trying to solve the current issues of the 21st century with organisational structures like associations, incorporations and companies, which have been developed in the 19th century. Not only it is hard hard to solve our current issues with these structures, but more than that they are part of the problem. This workshop will demonstrate new solutions with the methods of Dragon Dreaming, Learning Systems, Chaordic Principles, Sociocratcy and Scenario Building.

Dragon Dreaming Empowered Fundraising

Successful projects need a stable economic basis. Empowered fundraising wants to inspire and enable us to create money for the implementation of our values and visions. Primarily this is about getting in contact with humans, who we are motivated to become part of our project through their financial contribution. The healing of our relationship to money is the base of our work. With Empowered Fundrasing we can succeed in building an economy of sustainability and mutual respect.
